Position Overview:
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments.
* Pick and pack orders according to specific guidelines.
* Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and recorded.
* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
* Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
* Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
