What you'll be doing day to day
* Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate reported inventory deviations.
* Maintain a close connection with the unit operations and support inventory availability.
* Audit outbound orders in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements.
* Perform cycle counting in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements.
* Support KPI metrics by completing local unit reporting processes.
* Follow operating procedures to detect and correct inventory discrepancies.
* Safely operating Powered Material Handling Equipment.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Qualifications
* General warehouse or previous inventory experience preferred.
* Comfortable with platform equipment at varying heights.
* Comfortable with walking and riding bicycle throughout warehouse.
* Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills.
* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
