POSITION SUMMARY Total Talent Resources is seeking reliable and hardworking Putaway Sorters to join our team at Western Post. This position requires individuals who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Associates will be responsible for sorting incoming products, verifying shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Sort incoming products and materials according to warehouse procedures
• Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Review shipping labels, packing slips, and receiving documentation
• Separate, organize, and stage products in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with unloading trailers and containers as needed
• Palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare materials for storage or distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse projects as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment for extended periods
• Repetitive use of hands and arms

Esta posición requiere personas capaces de trabajar en un ambiente de almacén de ritmo rápido manteniendo precisión y productividad.

Los asociados serán responsables de clasificar productos entrantes, verificar envíos, organizar inventario y mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura durante todo el turno. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DEL TRABAJO
• Clasificar productos y materiales recibidos de acuerdo con los procedimientos del almacén
• Verificar cantidades e inspeccionar productos por daños o discrepancias
• Revisar etiquetas de envío, listas de empaque y documentación de recibo
• Separar, organizar y colocar materiales en las áreas designadas del almacén
• Ayudar con la descarga de remolques y contenedores según sea necesario
• Paletizar y envolver productos con plástico (shrink wrap) para almacenamiento o distribución
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura
• Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa
• Asistir con conteos de inventario y proyectos del almacén cuando sea necesario
• Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor o gerente

REQUISITOS FÍSICOS
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras durante el turno
• Estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, girar y estirarse frecuentemente
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de almacén de ritmo rápido durante períodos prolongados
