Inventory Control Administrator
Incora is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Administrator to manage data integrity and support inventory operations at our central distribution center and other assigned warehouses.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate data within the inventory management system (JDE, AIMS), including high‑volume data entry.
- Perform and review inventory cycle counts, physical inventory counts, stock transfers, and location mapping.
- Validate inventory traceability through document review and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to reconcile inventory variances.
- Apply Incora warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures and support correct inventory processes.
- Maintain awareness of Incora customer requirements and product information to support inventory management.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Inventory Control, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in general warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Proven excellence in customer service and professional communication across multiple levels.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
