Pay in Joliet, IL:
Base pay $18.00 per hour based on skills and experience; 2nd Shift differential starting at $1.50. Weekly pay with skill pay and shift differentials. Immediate vacation upon hire, 8 holidays per calendar year, and personal time after 90 days.

Warehouse Associates are responsible for handling loose freight, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products into and out of a distribution center/warehouse. The role requires working cooperatively with other associates and producing results with little supervision while following company safety policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do- Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
- Load trucks, considering weight, size, and product characteristics.
- Use handheld scanners and equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
- Collaborate with other warehouse associates.
- Help keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
- Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company or site‑specific safety policies and guidelines.
- Perform additional duties assigned by a supervisor.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding duties in a warehouse environment, including non‑air‑conditioned or heated spaces where temperature fluctuates with the seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Computer experience, such as order management systems (e.g., WMS).
- Helpful but not required:
Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
