Job Summary
 We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Joliet, IL. This role is responsible for operating a reach truck to move inventory, replenish stock, and pick customer orders while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity. Candidates with experience as a Reach Truck Operator, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or Shipping & Receiving Associate are encouraged to apply.
 Responsibilities
 Safely operate a reach truck throughout the warehouse
 Put away incoming inventory into designated storage locations
 Pick, stage, and replenish inventory accurately
 Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory
 Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
 Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
 Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
 Qualifications
 Previous reach truck experience required
 Warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
 Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
 Ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
 Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
