NCI Associate

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: TUE, WED, THU, FRI: 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented NCI Associates to join our client's team in Joliet, IL. This position is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and processing products that require additional review or handling. Associates will be expected to maintain accuracy, follow quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Inspect products for quality, damage, or discrepancies
• Sort and process inventory according to work instructions
• Use scanners, RF devices, or computer systems to track inventory and complete transactions
• Repackage, relabel, or rework products as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Basic computer and scanner/RF device experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required

Flexibility to work overtime as needed
