Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, inventory control, safety, housekeeping, and staff supervision.

Monday – Friday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm

The expected rate of pay for this position is $67,000 – $69,000 annually.

• Overall direction, coordination, and training of warehouse employees.
• Interview, hire, and train staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Develop and implement improved methods of material handling, stock control, and packaging to promote efficiency, service, and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Product and application knowledge, electrical product material handling experience, and a background in wholesale electrical distribution are strongly recommended.

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and stoop frequently.
• Sit occasionally and perform light talking/hearing tasks.
• Lift and carry 1–20lb continuously; 21–50lb frequently; 51–100lb occasionally, with the option of buddy‑lift or mechanical assistance.
• Maintain close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision for driving equipment and company vehicles (clear vision at 20inches or less and 20feet or more).
