- 1st shift: A – Sunday to Wednesday, 5 am – 3:30 pm (2 Openings, $21/hr)
- 1st shift: B – Wednesday to Saturday, 5 am – 3:30 pm (1 Opening, $21/hr)

Job PurposeThe Inventory Control Clerk conducts cycle counts and bin location audits, assists in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and works with the Inventory Supervisor/Manager on inventory‑related functions concerning materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform physical counts of inventory items to maintain accurate inventory.
- Count and reconcile randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations daily.
- Accurately input inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity.
- Complete necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
- Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies and recommend remedial actions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with inventory processes and contractual obligations.
- Physically count articles or products on shelves, racks, and pallets.
- Use computer terminal to account for inventory issues, returns, and documentation.
- Minimum 1–3 months related experience and/or training in Inventory Control.
- Minimum 1–3 months related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and speak English.
- Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high‑lift.
- Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
- PC literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
- Cherry Picker Experience Required**
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Ability to read, interpret, and write emails.
- Physical ability to count articles or products on shelves, racks, and pallets.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where standardization is limited.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to determine “root cause” of problems and recommend corrective action.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for writing emails and creating reports.
- Occasional lift or move of up to 55 pounds.
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
- Use of keyboard and buttons to operate phone systems.
- Speak clearly in front of others and on telephone.
- Regular indoor/office work with repetitive hand motion.
- Talk, hear, stand, and walk frequently.
- Work more than continuous 8 hours when required.
- Work under stressful situations with good cognitive skills and task concentration.
- Read and discern visual images on various media with 20/20 corrected vision.
- Be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of controlled substance use.
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles.
- Noise level ranging from quiet to moderately loud.
