Compensation & Incentives
- Attendance Incentive – up to $2,400 bonus for good attendance (see Policy).

- Step Increase Program – pay increases by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days.
- Certified/Qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers receive an additional $0.50/hr.
- Certified/Qualified Reach Truck drivers receive an additional $1.00/hr.
Sunday–Wednesday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM.

Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; ensure all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving activities. Ensure material handlers operate forklifts and walkies safely following all safety policies and procedures. This position reports to the shift supervisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Properly receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
- Experience with WMS, knowledge of QMS and Lean warehousing, operating material handling equipment, using an RF scanner.
- Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions for parts shortages.
- Collect and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
- Comply with company safety policies while using lifting devices (forklifts and scissor lifts) and maintain cleaning initiative standards.
- Learn day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
- Verify orders are complete and accurate.
- Pick each customer order efficiently to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and work with limited supervision.
- General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment.
- Work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership when required.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Attention to detail and quality required.
- Good communication, clear and concise, problem‐resolution and people skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed and provide coverage to other shifts.
- PC skills helpful.
- Major experience with sit‑down forklifts and walkies.
- Experience building pallets with stock and breaking down stock to fill independent orders.
- Experience in cross‑docking freight process.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse.
- 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
- Good, stable work and attendance record.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Warehousing certifications a plus.
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Compute rates, ratios, and percentages; draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Determine root cause of problems and devise corrective action.
- Knowledge of business operating systems, internet software, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Remain on feet for the full shift (8 hours) and sometimes in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
- Be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of controlled substance use.
