- Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement proper storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement.
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, repacking, shipping).
- Monitor productivity and set performance targets.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks.
- Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.
- Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required
