General Warehouse Associate

• 6 AM - 2:30 PM
• 3PM - 11:30 PM

Job Summary:

The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by handling, preparing, and securing products for shipment. This role involves physical labor, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures to ensure products are packaged and loaded efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack and organize products onto pallets for storage and shipment.
• Assist with team lifts when moving large, heavy, or oversized products.
• Support loading operations, including helping loaders secure products to trailer floors when required.
• Build and assemble wooden crates and other packaging materials as needed to protect products during transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials with assistance when necessary.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift and move products, including participating in team lifts for heavier items.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions.
