Cherry Picker​/Order Picker

Xpedient Logistics seeks a Cherry Picker/Order Picker II to support high-volume warehousing and fulfillment in Houston. In this role, you'll safely operate cherry picker equipment to pick, stage, and replenish customer orders with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities include using RF scanners, following pick tickets, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting loading, put-away, and cycle counts. You'll work in a fast-paced, safety-focused, team-driven environment with opportunities to grow within logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker/order picker equipment to accurately pick, stage, and replenish orders
• Follow pick lists, RF scanners, and warehouse systems to locate and move inventory
• Inspect equipment before use and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Stack, wrap, and secure pallets to prevent damage during storage and transport
• Assist with loading/unloading, put-away, and cycle counts as needed
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, and safety hazards to supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas in a fast-paced warehouse
• Collaborate with team members and leads to meet productivity and accuracy goals
