Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring products are in good condition and match the order.

Organize, store, and categorize products in appropriate locations within the warehouse.

Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment, ensuring all required items are included.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.

Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (training provided).

Follow safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.

Perform general warehouse duties and support team members in other tasks as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management software.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends).
