Administrative​/Clerical Coordinator, Business Administration

The Person al Emergency Response System (PERS) Coordinator is responsible for daily operations of the PERS and various other duties. The PERS Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Client Service Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the daily operations of the PERS program.
• Respond to referrals and answer PERS program questions.
• Contact all PERS clients to test units monthly and document in web based systems.
• Order and maintain adequate and accurate inventory of PERS units. Test new PERS units before releasing into inventory.
• Coordinate installation and removal of units. Physically install and remove within Craighead County.
• Respond to service/incident reports from provider.
• Update and enter PERS information in web based systems.
• Maintain up to date file of PERS services including eligibility requirements.
• Conduct staff training and assist with orientation of Care Coordinators in the provision of PERS.
• Performs community public relations activities to promote the Agency and increase public awareness of PERS and availability of services.
• Assist Finance with PERS monthly billing.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Broad knowledge of such fields as marketing, business administration etc. Equivalent to four years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
