About the role
  • The Part-Time Administrative Assistant provides administrative and office support for the Biblical Guidance Counseling Team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, assists with scheduling, maintains client records, and helps ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. Up to 20 hours per week.
What you'll do
  • Assist Central Baptist Church with incoming office traffic and visitor reception.
  • Schedule appointments for Biblical Guidance Counselors by answering phone calls, responding to text messages, and assisting walk-in clients.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.
  • Order office supplies and materials as needed.
  • Clean and maintain office spaces to ensure a neat and organized work environment.
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices to Central Baptist Church.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain Biblical Guidance consent forms and related client documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by the HFI Director.escribe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform light office duties.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies and materials as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, church members, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
  • Basic computer proficiency required; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite is helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High School Diploma

The pay range for this role is:

15.35 - 15.45 USD per hour (Living Well
- Jonesboro
- Central)
