Job Description
Realtek Consulting is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in our systems and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will ensure data is correctly formatted, error‑free, and completed within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and update data from source documents (paper and digital) into internal systems
- Verify accuracy of entered information and correct errors
- Maintain organized files (digital and/or physical) according to company standards
- Follow data entry guidelines for fields, formatting, and required information
- Support team requests for data updates, status checks, and simple reports
- Maintain confidentiality of all information handled
