We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator at UAMS's Northeast Campus in Jonesboro, AR. This position provides administrative and operational support for a mature, long-standing Family Medicine Residency Program.
The GME Program Coordinator will work closely with the program director to ensure compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards and program-specific requirements and with the GME office on institutional compliance and operational support. The coordinator will also serve as a liaison between trainees, faculty, staff, hospital administration, and external departments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced academic clinical environment. Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, general liberal arts, or related field plus three (3) years of project management or office coordination experience.
OR
- High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of project management or office coordination experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Graduation Medical Education field.
- TAGME Certification

- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling, database, and document management systems.
- Ability to manage complex schedules, changing deadlines, and multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional, clear, and timely written and verbal communication. Independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with residents, faculty, staff, applicants, and institutional partners.

Salary Information:
