Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone or the parts counter as need
• Delivering parts to wholesale customers or technicians in the shop
• Assisting in pulling or stocking parts
• Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, order parts as needed, and oversee stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, phone etiquette, and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environment with a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories knowledge
• Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, repair, and vehicle systems troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory control, and recordkeeping
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer base
• Ability to perform retail math accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Automotive diagnostics experience or automotive repair background is preferred; dealership experience is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) enhances client communication capabilities
