Automotive Service Advisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in service writing, customer service, and automotive sales. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is perfect for you.

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Write service orders accurately and clearly, detailing customer concerns and requested services
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
• Provide estimates for repairs and services, explaining them to customers in a clear manner
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle issues
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary parts are available for service jobs

• Prior experience in service writing or automotive sales preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, including oil changes and air brakes
• Familiarity with dealership operations and auto body repair processes is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
