Based in Jonesboro, AR 72405, you’ll be the go-to person who turns operational data into smarter decisions. Picture a typical week: you dive into datasets to uncover patterns, meet with cross‑functional partners to vet ideas, and turn insights into clear actions that streamline how work gets done. You’ll help shape strategies, track the results of changes, and keep teams aligned with crisp documentation and reporting.

• Sifting through operational metrics to surface trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partnering with colleagues across departments to design and roll out process updates.
• Building and delivering stakeholder‑ready reports that explain performance and progress.
• Contributing to the development of operations strategies and key initiatives.
• Measuring the success of implemented changes and iterating based on results.
• Strengthening project execution with analytical recommendations and risk/impact insights.
• Maintaining process and procedure documentation to drive consistency and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years in an operations analysis (or comparable) role.
• Advanced analytical ability with proficiency in data analysis tools/software.
• Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
• High attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
