Brackett-Krennerich Architects is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our growing team in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
If you have 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
, enjoy working with project teams, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
- Review and process product submittals
- Conduct site visits and observe construction progress
- Prepare construction observation reports
- Coordinate construction-related tasks with contractors and project teams
- Experience with commercial building construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Word preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
