Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member - Claims SpecialistAs a Claims Specialist for Jordan Smithson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help sustain our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and claims processes.
Responsibilities- Assist customers through the entire claims process - including but not limited to helping them file the initial claim, following up throughout the process and communicating with repair shops / restoration companies / etc.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in claim handling preferred
- Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
- Salary plus commission/bonus

Compensation $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
