Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Associate located in Jonesboro, AR. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing assistance through various communication channels, maintaining a positive customer experience, and troubleshooting issues effectively. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions that meet the customers' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone, or email / Help Chat
  • Conduct outbound communications to existing customers using telephone, email, and Chat
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
  • Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties
  • Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
  • Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
  • Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have
  • Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through dedicated support.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills to provide professional and friendly service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure efficiently.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center customer service or related role preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a PLUS!!
