Arisa Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Jonesboro location. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Two years of experience in a related field is required. The position will be scheduling appointments on behalf of therapists, running reports on internet sites as well as Microsoft Excel, and providing information directly to current and potential clients of Arisa Health.

This role requires engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgmental way and providing an interactive, welcoming response to all inquiries for service.

• Accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records.
• Accurate maintenance of fee agreements.
• Updating eligibility and ensuring pre‑certifications and authorizations are in place.

Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.

High school diploma or equivalent; two years of experience in a related field.
