The Opportunity:
Advanced Technology & Seamless Support Surgical Excellence :
Gain access to four robotic surgical systems and a modern outpatient clinic built just five years ago.
High-Impact Practice :
Manage a thriving patient load, seeing as many as 45 patients per day and averaging 6 surgeries per day .
Tailored Subspecialization :
We welcome subspecialty expertise in areas such as Robotics, Medtronic Inter Stim Therapy, or Urogynecology while maintaining proficiency in General Urology.
Unrivaled Support :
Work alongside three dedicated NPs who handle inpatient consulting, rounding, and discharges, allowing you to maximize your time in the OR.
Balanced Schedule :
Enjoy a structured M-F week consisting of 2 clinic days, 2 primary OR days, and 1 mixed-duty day.
Light Call Rotation :
Benefit from 1:4 call (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month), typically involving only 3 cases.

Start with a $500,000 guaranteed salary plus production incentives starting Day 1.
