Under the direct supervision of the Education Manager, the Coach is responsible for providing on‑going coaching for staff that supports effective teaching practices and leads to positive outcomes for children within the context of a collaborative relationship.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
