Position Summary:
The Director of DVM Programmatic Outcomes supports the College of Veterinary Medicine's Office of Professional Education in evaluating student achievement of program outcomes and supports CVM faculty in development of curricular assessments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development of curricular assessment activities (e.g., objective structured clinical examinations, written assessments, workplace-based assessments) and document evidence of student learning and progress throughout the curriculum.
- Supervise administration of standardized national exams.
- Support faculty in educational activities by providing consultations (ie regarding assessment construction or analytics), providing faculty development seminars and resources in assessment, advising courses and curriculum
- Provide statistical support for educational research or educational scholarly work
- Oversee administration and analysis of curricular and student outcomes (student surveys, course evaluations, faculty, graduating seniors, and alumni)
- Contribute to accreditation reports

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.

Minimum Qualifications:
An earned Master's degree. PhD preferred. One year of experience with outcomes assessment. An equivalent combination of years of experience and education may be considered for substitution of educational requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
