As a Assistant Chief Accountant, you will oversee financial reporting, manage month-end processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic insights to management. Your role involves leading audits, mentoring junior staff, and driving process improvements to optimize financial operations.

Job Requirements :

v

B.Com or any graduate degree.

v Must have LCCI II (or) III (or) ACCA Part I (or) related Diploma or Certificate.

v Age between 27-37years old.

v Minimum of 5-year experience in accounting field.

v Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools (Email).

v Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

v Strong personal qualities including honesty, integrity, positive attitude, and good personal grooming.

v Ability to work accurately under pressure.

v Willingness to learn about the latest technology and Finance & Accounting matters.

Job Description :

v Responsible for daily cash and bank transactions, including sales and purchases, AR/AP control, and COGS calculation.

v Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with finance and accounting department's SOP.

v Prepare weekly and monthly reports for cash flow, AR, AP, and other financial metrics.

v Handle full set of accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and journal entries.

v Liaise with local banks and assist with other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned.

v Handle account receivable, account payable, and monthly closing balance.

v Monitor cash flow and check the cash payments, receipts, advance, and bank reconciliation.

v Check Peachtree Software data entry, check job file and issue invoice.

v Calculate payroll, invoicing process, weekly report (Internal & Group Report), arrange journal adjustment.

v Prepare required documents and resolve audit matters. Other tasks and duties as directed by Director.
