About the Program
Our 10–12 week paid internship in Finance & Accounting at NestléUSA offers interns the chance to lead a significant business project, applying analytical and business knowledge to real‑world challenges, supported by a project manager, buddy, and mentor.
Responsibilities- Lead a significant business project from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members from across business divisions.
- Network with senior management and participate in social engagements with interns from other programs.
- Prepare and present final work to senior leaders.
- Internship projects sourced from across the organization; location determined by project availability.
- Geographically flexible and willing to relocate across the USA, to NestléUSA Corporate offices and factory locations.
High‑performing interns may receive an offer to join the 3½ year Finance Management Trainee Program, a direct feeder into full‑time careers.
Education Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field to be completed between December
2025 and June
2026. - 5th year Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting to be completed between December
2026 and June
2027. - Related majors include Economics, Business, Math, Operations, and Industrial Engineering.
- Completed or plan to complete Accounting courses up to and including Intermediate Accounting (or equivalent).
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Available for a 10–12 week internship in Summer
2026. - Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- No visa sponsorship available.
- Self‑starter, results‑oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and willing to take initiative and risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and team orientation.
- Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interest in a career in Accounting & Finance.
- Competitive compensation package; approximate starting hourly rate $25.50.
