Financial Analyst

Spirit Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to work at its office in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Candidate must have 24 months of experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Auditor. Candidate duties will include:
Build financial models using Excel and other data analysis tools to support the evaluation of capital requirements, return on investment, and business performance for the company’s product lines, including fitness equipment and eBike products. Analyze financial data, including capital expenditures, revenue distribution, and cost structures across different business segments, and prepare reports to support management decision-making. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including financial institutions, to support financial analysis and reporting activities.

Conduct research on industry trends, including the fitness equipment and eBike markets, and prepare summaries to support internal analysis. Assist in monitoring financial performance and preparing variance analyses and supporting schedules for internal reporting purposes. Assist in compiling financial data related to sustainability initiatives and support the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders. Candidate must have 12 months of experience using Excel and using the ERP System.

Candidate must also have 12 months of experience in financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling and data analysis, and using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx). Candidate must have taken one course in accounting or finance and one course in data analysis or business modeling. Salary: $55,598/year Send resume to:
