Key Responsibilities:
- Calling the Insurance Companies for Claim enquiries following up on denials and status of the claims.
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update patient and billing information into the system.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate billing software and other data entry tools.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- AR Calling experience in US Healthcare would be a plus point.
- Should be willing to work in night shift (05:30PM to 2:30AM).
