Job Requirements
- Education
- Skills and proficiency in oral and written grammar, communication, and basic mathematics. Ability to perform support activities in patient care.
- Experience
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as acquired though on-the-job training. Knowledge of basic non-technical skills as acquired through on-the-job training.
- Physical
- This is a safety sensitive position. Please see the St. Bernards Substance Abuse Policy for further information.
- Normal hospital environment. Mobility, sight, hearing, verbal communication, changes in temperature. Exposure to unpleasant elements (dust, fumes, odors, water, etc.) exposure to biological, mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs.
