Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Johnson & Johnson’s Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on CAPLYTA for brain health conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
Objectives:establish scientific credibility, foster KOL relationships, provide balanced medical information, and support investigator-initiated research.
Responsibilities:- develop and execute a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategies;
- cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and academic leaders;
- facilitate scientific exchange, insight collection, and education;
- support clinical research activities;
- ensure compliance;
- collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Operations, and Sales.
- Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent);
- 2+ years of relevant clinical or MSL experience, preferably in neuroscience;
- in-depth therapeutic and scientific knowledge;
- proficiency in clinical data analysis, problem solving, and strategic planning;
- ability to travel up to 70%;
- valid US driver’s license.
additional years of MSL or therapeutic area experience, residency/fellowship, board certification, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI.
Work setup:territory-based engagement across Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas.
