Associate Attorney

Overview

Trueline is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Las Vegas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nevada-barred attorney to build depth in construction defect and general liability litigation within a stable and collegial environment.

• Active license to practice law in Nevada and in good standing
• 1-2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and law & motion skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work on-site at least three days a week (first 30 days fully in-office)
• Ability to handle pleadings, discovery, and case preparation tasks

• Experience in construction defect or general liability cases
• Familiarity with trial preparation or covering court hearings
• Interest in long-term stability and growth within a small team
• Willingness to cover occasional court appearances when needed

• Salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 DOE
