FMH Conveyors is searching for an Inventory Control Manager responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of inventory transactions across all warehouse and production locations. This position leads inventory control activities, including cycle counting, inventory audits, root-cause analysis of discrepancies, inventory process improvement initiatives, and inventory accuracy reporting. The Inventory Control Manager works closely with Operations, Purchasing, Planning, Shipping, Quality, and Finance teams to support operational efficiency while maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and material availability.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits.

Monitor inventory transactions to ensure timely and accurate system updates.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Manage inventory adjustment approvals and supporting documentation.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, excess inventory, and process gaps.

Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.

Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to improve processes.

Standardize inventory transaction procedures across locations.

Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Support internal and external audits related to inventory controls.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory activitiesa { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #;}tr th { background-color: #;}Partner with Purchasing to resolve material shortages and discrepancies.

Partner with Operations, Purchasing, and Planning to ensure material availability.

Collaborate with Finance on inventory valuation and reconciliation activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #;}tr th { background-color: #;}Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
7+ years of inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain experience.
4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
