SERVPRO of Jonesboro is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to lead by example in our microbial remediation department. If you have experience with mold remediation, water damage restoration, or environmental cleanup — and you're ready to step into a leadership role — this opportunity is for you. Experience is preferred but not required.
This is a hands-on supervisory role with a clear path to departmental leadership within 2–3 years. You'll manage microbial remediation projects in the field, lead a team, and work directly with customers — all while receiving mentoring to eventually oversee the department.
We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver with high standards, strong work ethic, and a passion for safety, training, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and perform microbial remediation services, including mold cleanup, containment setup, demolition, and sanitization
- Supervise and train field technicians on proper remediation techniques, safety standards, and SERVPRO procedures
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure compliance with IICRC and industry standards
- Manage jobsite safety and inventory of remediation supplies and PPE
- Assist in estimating jobs and developing scopes of work
- Participate in leadership development and department planning for long-term growth
- Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in mold remediation, restoration, or related environmental services
- IICRC AMRT or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain within 3-6 months)
- Strong leadership potential with proven ability to lead teams and solve problems in the field
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, wear PPE, and work in confined spaces or high-humidity environments
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
- Opportunity to grow into a department leadership role
- Competitive pay with performance-based raises
- Ongoing training, certifications, and development
- Team-oriented culture and supportive leadership
- Industry-leading tools and technology
