Mobile Equipment Operator – Jonesboro Plant

Trinity Rail is hiring a Mobile Equipment Operator at our Jonesboro plant.

The role involves operating heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, yard vehicles, and lift trucks to move materials between warehouse and manufacturing facilities. The operator will use computer software to identify materials, ensure accuracy of purchase orders, and maintain inventory.

• Operate a lift truck with over 15,000 pound capacity
• Become certified in use of stationary overhead crane and/or mobile crane
• Operate or act as ground crew for track/switch engine
• Operate a scissor lift
• Follow all safety rules and practices
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience operating a 6,000 to 10,000 pound forklift system
• 1-2 years related experience
