Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 3 months of manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination)
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or military environment preferred
• Basic computer skills; ability to work within an ERP system (Oracle experience helpful)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate similar products (size, color, codes)
• Ability to learn quickly and follow training procedures
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced production setting and maintain production speed
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs (including overhead lifting)
• Stand for long periods with intermittent breaks; frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching

• Remove unused raw material, scrap plastic, cardboard, and general waste from inline machines and production areas
• Identify, label, and scan materials into storage using the Oracle system
• Connect raw materials to feed hoppers, blending systems, transfer tubing, auxiliary tanks, and extruder hoppers
• Verify correct material lines for each blender, extruder, and storage tank
• Set and adjust blender settings and regrind percentages based on product specifications and work orders
• Fill blenders and extruder hoppers with required materials for production runs
• Assist manufacturing personnel in troubleshooting material flow and blend issues
• Operate baler, compactor, scales, wrapper machines, and blending equipment
• Maintain and clean assigned equipment and work areas
• Perform fast-paced packing at a packer table while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor product quality and communicate concerns to supervisors
