This role offers
day-shift training with a planned transition to night shift once training is complete.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role works cross-functionally with production, tooling, and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve reliability, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Training: Day Shift
• Post-training assignment: Night Shift
• Schedule includes extended shifts and rotating days (details provided during interview)
• Shift differential provided for night shift

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Perform preventative and planned maintenance to support equipment reliability
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records
• Support facility and building maintenance as needed
• Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment when required
• Maintain and organize maintenance tools, spare parts, and supplies
• Service and maintain injection molding and/or blow molding equipment
  , along with auxiliary systems such as chillers, thermolators, loaders, grinders, fans, and related support equipment
• Work safely at all times, following established procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with production and maintenance leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2–3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding and/or blow molding equipment is required
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience performing preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Welding skills required; machining experience is a plus
• PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to respond to after-hours maintenance needs when required
• Hourly pay: $20.00 – $36.00 (based on experience)
