Jonesboro, AR Pay Rate: $29.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Requirements: 5 years of tool and die repair experience OR Tool & Die Certification preferred. Experience repairing and maintaining metal stamping dies required. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills. Ability to operate common tool room equipment, including grinders, mills, lathes, and related machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping dies and tooling.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on stamping dies to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Set up, adjust, and operate standard tool room equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair tooling components as needed.
• Inspect tooling for wear, damage, and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve tooling reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
