Lead Mobile Equipment Operator (Switch Crew Lead) – Jonesboro Plant

As a Switch Crew Lead, you will operate mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles, switch engines, and yard vehicles to move materials and products between work stations and storage locations. You will ensure proper identification of parts and materials, follow all safety rules and practices, and may participate in safety committees or initiatives. All other duties as assigned will also be performed.

• Operate multiple pieces of mobile equipment, including lift trucks with greater than 55‑k-pound capacity.
• Operate a track mobile or switch engine.
• Lead the crew by assigning tasks.
• Assist in completing all tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and improve quality.

• Minimum 4‑6+ years of related experience.
