Job Summary
This position requires extreme attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. The employee will be responsible for producing high‑quality parts for the next internal customer in the chain.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Press or drop WSC into frames per engineering instructions
- Operate and perform milling operations
- Comply with company quality and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime when needed
- Read and follow instructions (minimum)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently (preferred)
- Dependability
- Ability to drive forklift
- Ability to use inspection tools, mic’s, calipers, scales
- Minimum:

Previous employment in manufacturing - Ability to work in a team‑oriented setting
- Good communication skills – verbal & written
Standing and walking:

Hand and finger dexterity:
