This position reports to:
Production Supervisor
The work model for the role is:
Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas. This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot assembly line issues and provide effective solutions to minimize rework.
- Coordinate with the area Team Lead and Supervisor to ensure production schedules are met.
- Maintain strict adherence to established assembly processes and procedures.
- Promote a collaborative and team-oriented work environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Efficiently assemble all SKUs within the assigned product line.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the role:
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to learn, understand and follow company requirements for employee safety, product quality and productivity.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
