** Salary:** $115,000-$135,000 + 12.5% Bonus
** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and manage Environmental Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
+ Oversee the company's internal EHS management system and drive continuous improvement initiatives
+ Develop and manage safety strategies, budgets, and training programs for staff
+ Support line managers in implementing safety policies and hazard control programs
+ Conduct and support accident investigations and follow-up actions to prevent future incidents
** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health Management or a related field with emphasis in industrial hygiene and safety management
+ Minimum of 2 years of health, safety, and environmental management experience in a manufacturing environment
+
Experience with in Toyota Production System with a focus on Lean HIGHLY PREFERRED!
+ Strong background in safety audits, behavioral safety, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene
+ Knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA recordkeeping requirements
