Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing, award-winning manufacturer within the sustainable packaging sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that prides itself on its positive culture, clean working environment, and strong team values.

This is a hands-on, active role within a modern production setting. You'll be working as part of a small, supportive team helping to produce and package materials ready for dispatch.

Please note:

All successful applicants will be required to attend and pass an on-site induction prior to starting.

• Packing materials into boxes on a production line
• Feeding materials onto the line
• Making up cardboard boxes
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Working as part of a team (typically 3-6 people)

• Reliable and hard-working individuals
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  Team players with good attention to detail
• (Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not essential)

• Safety boots
• Hi-vis vest
• 4 days off every week
