High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Previous press machine, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting Ability to read and follow work orders and job specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to adapt to changing production priorities Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic

Operate fully automatic and semi-automatic screen press equipment Review work orders and production specifications before starting jobs Gather and prepare materials needed for production runs Set up press equipment according to job requirements Monitor machine performance throughout the production process Adjust equipment settings to maintain quality and accuracy Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Report equipment problems, delays, or quality concerns to supervisors

Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Screen Press Machine Operator.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.

Ability to lift and move materials or equipment as required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment. Must follow established workplace safety procedures.
