Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Lead will own the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives across multiple business lines. This role leads campaigns from concept through launch—designing data‑driven programs, measuring performance, and continuously optimizing for impact.
Working closely with company leadership, you will translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans that generate qualified leads, support pipeline growth, and demonstrate measurable ROI. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for a marketer who thrives in high-growth environments and values ownership, experimentation, and results.
Key Responsibilities- Build and evolve the company’s marketing strategy across multiple products, services, and business units
- Develop and execute segment-specific marketing campaigns aligned to distinct audiences and revenue goals
- Drive qualified lead generation across multiple channels, optimizing for conversion and cost efficiency
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics including leads, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear insights and recommendations to leadership
- Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing channels, as appropriate
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across campaigns and business lines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with operational and growth priorities
Continuously test, learn, and refine marketing strategies based on data and performance
QualificationsRequired:
- 5+ years of experience building and executing marketing campaigns for products or services
- Proven ability to generate leads and measure campaign effectiveness
- Experience developing marketing strategies for multiple offerings or audience segments
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, and performance metrics
- Ability to own initiatives end‑to‑end from strategy through execution
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B, professional services, training, or technology marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Experience supporting growth across multiple business units or brands
