Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced clinical care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes. The NP will support operational efficiency while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with prior Emergency Medicine experience required
• Active unrestricted Arkansas NP license, DEA/CDS registration, and prescriptive authority required
• Board Certified through AANP or ANCC
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications required
• Must provide two years of case logs and CME/CEU documentation
• Strong Emergency Medicine skill set required for a critical access facility, including supervising physician assignment
• Current immunizations and screenings required, including COVID, TB, Flu, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, and Tdap
• Malpractice coverage of $1M/$3M required
• Additional required documents include current resume, driver’s license, and professional photo.
