Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. Pay$25 per hour; can increase with level of education and experience.

What you will doThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works as a key member of the MJTC medical team and provides general health care for students within the scope of your license. This may include administering immunizations, assisting with TB screen, flu vaccines, and the overall health maintenance of students and staff. As an LPN, you will also assist with training employees regarding relevant health care topics such as prevention of sports injuries, blood borne pathogens, CPR, First Aid, and behavioral disorders.
This position assists in ordering supplies, pharmaceuticals, and other medical equipment for the medical team.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
- Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License.
3 Days on/2 Days off/2 Days on/3 Days off (13‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour break) - Every other weekend off Friday - Sunday.
